I dont even know what to say........ Im sure youve clearly realized that this fool got a tat of Abe Lincoln on his neck (a $5 bill??). But also notice the backwards pirate "P" on his left cheek as well as the Frankenstein crack down the top of the left side of his head. Someone get this guy a psychiatrist!
