Gilbert and I at the Mirage in Vegas for the Easter classic Basketball tourney (9th grade)
Gilbert Arenas has been a long time friend of mine. We played youth AAU basketball together and cam up through the BTI (Basketball Training Institute) together all through high school. The Last couple of years Gil has been plagued by injury. After missing all of last year, Gilbert decided to spend this summer training at the ATTACK ATHLETIC facility in chicago. Attack Atheletics is run by training guru Tim Grover who is best known for being Micheal Jordans personal trainer. Tim has also been training Kobe Bryant and Dwayne Wade. This summer Gil joined other comeback hopeful Tracy Mcgrady in Chicago in hopes of revitalizing their careers. I know Gil personally and know that no one will work harder. I expect Gilbert to explode this year and show the league that he's back and ready to be an all-star again. They better be ready!!
